We're looking for therapists who are passionate about helping others heal and create deeper intimate connections with themselves as they navigate relationships in the world.
This position is ideal for you if you are looking to supplement existing income to full time income, enjoy working independently, want a flexible work schedule, or want exposure to working with a private practice clientele.

Minimum Requirements:
Licensed/Non-Licensed Clinicians

Licensed by a Pennsylvania State Board to provide counseling (e.g., LCSW, LMFT, LPC, PsyD, or similar credentials)​

Licensed in other states is a plus

Experience as a supervisor a plus

Working toward a license in Pennsylvania by State Board to provide counseling (e.g., LCSW, LMFT, LPC, PsyD, or similar credentials)

In good standing with no accusations of misconduct

Experience in counseling for adults, couples, families, and/or teens

Comfortable working with clients with complex traumas

Excellent writing skills for client files

Currently residing in the Pennsylvania or willing to relocate

Appropriate at-home workspace

Willing to work at evenings and weekends

Willing to participate in group meetings and/or team bonding activities regularly, (Supervision required for non-licensed therapists)

Willing to be in contact with clients during off-hours (e.g., if a client reaches out to reschedule their appointment, you will respond within 48-hours time)
